Diversity Policy for the Ryan Lipparelli Educational Trust

Policy: Our Foundation is committed to providing financial aid to collegians regardless of ethnicity, color, disability, race, religion, or gender. We try to include and support people of all identities, focusing on the financial needs of each applicant. We understand that everyone is unique, and we honor those differences. 

The Ryan Lipparelli Educational Trust recognizes that diverse perspectives and backgrounds enrich our community, and we actively seek to include and financially support individuals from underrepresented groups in all aspects of our work.

Implementation: To achieve our DEI goals we will annually review our policies to ensure they align with our commitment to diversity; we will encourage and prioritize the recruitment of underrepresented groups; we will partner with organizations and individuals who share our commitment to DEI.

Scope:  This policy applies to all Board members, volunteers and partners associated with the Ryan Lipparelli Educational Trust.
